| How
does your service work? |
|
| RAM acts as a consultant
between the Landowner & Sportsman. We compile information
from your group and your requirements for a lease. Once
RAM finds a whitetail lease you're interested in we
schedule a time for your hunt club to meet the landowner
and see the farm. If you like the looks of the lease,
contact RAM and inform us your group would like to lease
the property. (20% non-refundable deposit required before
contracts will be sent.) We then send you a contract
with the details of the lease for the group to sign
with payment. Once RAM receives the signed contract
and payment in full the lease is yours per the terms
agreed upon. Start your own quality deer management
program! Buffalo & Pike County |

| |
|
| How
long is the term of the lease? |
|
| Properties are rented
by the season. An archery season period, gun season
period or a combination of both. If your hunt club wants
it for all year just rent it for whatever seasons are
available. If week or day rentals are desired just inquire. |
|
| |
|
| What
does a lease cost? |
|
| Landowners set the price
on all leases. Lands are rented on a per acre basis.
That means if you want to reduce your per gun cost just
get a couple of your buddies to rent the property with
you. |
|
| |
|
| Are
the properties exclusive for our group? |
|
| Yes, we have agreements
with the landowners that they will not give permission
to other sportsmen to hunt the property. |
|
| |
|
| Can
we do multi- year leases? |
|
| Yes, the first year is
always a 1 year rental. Extended year rentals can be
an option. Great for hunt clubs interested in quality
deer managment! |
|
| |
|
| Where
are properties located? |
|
| The majority of hunting
land is located in Wisconsin, Illinios or Minnesota.
We concentrate on metro zones and the highly publicized
Buffalo County in WI & Pike, Fulton, Adams, Hancock
& Schuyler counties in Western IL. |

|
|
What
does this service cost the Sportsmen?
|
|
| A Maintenance Fee is
in addition to the cost of the lease. The lease price
is paid to the landowner and we charge a maintenance
fee to maintain the property. Generally the fee cost
is 10% of the of the hunting lease price. |
|
| |
|
| Why
register? |
|
| All groups must register
to receive information on hunting leases. Listing booklets
will be sent twice a year. Your group can request an
updated listing any time. Registration allows you to
receive important information on landowners, maps &
air photo's, locations of properties, lease history
& on site evaluations of the hunting land. |
|
| |
|
| What
does registration cost? |
|
| The Annual Registration
is $35. This fee must be paid by all groups. A second
option is the Trophy Hunters Registration. This registration
is $100. This premier service allows your group to be
one of the first groups contacted via phone or mail
when a lease becomes available. This registration is
limited to 10 groups per region in each state. |
|
| |
|
| What
about insurance? |
|
| All properties need to have
the landowner insured. Each group will be required
to cover the landowner with a minimum of $1,000,000
in liability coverage. The landowner will need to
be coverd as an additonal insured on your policy.
At this time we charge $150 for this coverage, if
you have coverage and show proof of coverage for
the landowner we will waive this fee. |
