Club properties for all Sportsman!

RAM Adventures has been developing an extensive collection of hunting leases since 1996. We gain access to the best locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota. Now we have taken some of our best properties and turned them into micro hunt clubs for smaller groups. Some properties focus on trophy management and other on a quality hunting at an affordable price.

How it works!

Each club property has been set up certain goals in mind. Each property will handle a predetemined amount of hunters. Each club property will have its own set of rules and regulations. A club manager will be in chargeof each property and will deal with the issue's at hand. How it works is very simple. You will be given information on each club property and will be able to decide if that particular club will meet your needs! Each club member will be required to join the Midwest Hunt & Recreational Club with membership dues being determined by which club propert you lease.

We know that seeing is believing. Once your group has registerd you are provided a property data sheet, road map, air photo's, 3D sattellite images, topo's, & pictures of properties. Then we make arrangements for you to visit the property you’re considering before you commit to any hunting property.

What does it cost to join a club?

Before detailed information or scheduled visits to the club will be made you must have filled out and submitted your sportsmen profile and your $35 registration fee must be paid.

There are two additional fees to consider. Each person will be required to join Midwest Hunt & Recreational Club & a membership fee will apply depending on the club property you are joining. The second cost is a lease fee that is charged to join a specific club property. Each club is a little diffrent so review what each club has to offer( additional fees may apply depending on club arrangements).

The membership is annual and will range from $145 to $245 depending on the club property you want to join.

Each club property will charge a lease fee and allows you to hunt only those properties assigned to that specfic club.

(Annual dues are paid to MHRC for management of the club and property lease fee's are paid to the landowner.)

• Start by completing the Sportsman Profile. This gives us the criteria you want the land to meet.
• Next your group must register. (Registraiton is required by all groups before listings will be sent or visits to properties will be scheduled.)(only 1 member of the group is required to register)
• Once registration is complete review information on line about each property and determine which one meets your needs.
• When you find a property you’re interested in, we’ll schedule a time for you and your group to make a visit. If you like it, you can join the club and lease the property.
